Job description

Unique by design, Med Emporium is an accredited clinical respiratory provider specializing in ventilator therapy services through the southeast US. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for patients with neuromuscular disorders, spinal cord injuries, chronic respiratory diseases and other conditions that cause restricted breathing. We are looking for a Clinical Liaison to our referral sources that will be responsible for:

  • Works with clinical, managerial, and administrative staff to promote and market clinical respiratory services programs.
  • Works with administrative staff to facilitate prompt and thorough clinical evaluation, setup, and management for patient care needs.
  • Assists with documentation required to satisfy third-party payor guidelines for coverage of equipment and services.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of referral sources.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call/visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses using CRM software.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on new products, service offerings, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; reporting patient outcomes; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational seminars; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education/Licensure:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or related field of study preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
